Certified with a Higher Degree in Dietetics (Advanced Dietetics Technician) from IES Joan Maragall (Badalona) and trained in “Natural and Therapeutic Cooking” at IFPS Roger de Llúria (Barcelona).
Passionate about nature and holistic healthy living, she began her studies in dietetics and nutrition while creating her project, “Verde al Alma,” which views nutrition, emotional and relational management, physical activity, and connection with nature as the pillars of health. She is deeply committed to organic and sustainable food, inspired by one of her mentors, Mariano Bueno (a pioneer in Organic Agriculture, Geobiology, and Healthy Habitats), having attended various workshops with him to deepen her knowledge.
She has worked as a Nutritional Advisor for an extracurricular service company specializing in Healthy Cooking and Child Nutritional Education. Her role included designing weekly recipes for student groups, considering allergies and intolerances, creating video tutorials for internal training of program facilitators, and offering hands-on cooking and nutrition classes for children. In parallel, she has led numerous workshops and healthy cooking demonstrations in the field of children’s education.
As an Integrative Dietitian and Nutritional Educator, she has provided personalized Nutritional Advice and Custom Diet Plans internationally, helping individuals interested in adopting healthier eating habits and lifestyles for better overall health. Her approach is holistic, embracing Integrative Nutrition and offering tailored, practical tools and information.
She also founded a “Mothers and Nutrition” circle, where she offered weekly guidance and tools to mothers who sought healthier dietary changes for their children and families.
Constantly expanding her knowledge, she participates in courses and workshops in the field of holistic Nutrition and Health.
Currently, she provides Nutritional Advice and Education through both In-Person and Online Consultations at the Department of Integrative Dietetics and Nutrition at Integral Centre Mèdic | Alternative Medicine and Health School.
In addition, she shares her insights and experiences on Healthy and Mindful Eating with a broad audience through public speaking, radio interviews, articles, workshops/retreats, cooking demonstrations, and more, including content on her IG account.
